Technical Issues on 14th November 2017

We would like to inform our members who have requested bank transfers or are expecting bank transfers this morning, that there will be a delay in payments being received into their bank accounts and on to their Engage cards today.

This is due to an issue with the Co-operative Bank, which has had a knock-on effect with the banking services that we provide.

The system is now fully operational, and transfers will be made as soon as possible.

We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused.
