A note to help new members to join online

We love to welcome new members, who join in the office, through partners or online.  Online joining is easy to do at any time of day, from anywhere that allows internet access.

However, on occasions, the new member has to bring additional ID, proof of address or both into the office because their online ID check did not work.

On some occasions, this is because the new member did not enter their name or address, or passport/driving licence details accurately, and therefore a valid ID check could not be undertaken.

If you, or a friend or family member, is wishing to join Sheffield Credit Union online, please take a moment to check that you have entered your details carefully – to avoid unnecessary extra trips to the office and to make the joining process smooth and easy.
