We would like to inform our members that there will be no telephone or voicemail service on Thursday 15th March due to serious water issues in our Sheffield offices. We are working hard to resolve these issues, but are unable to offer these services whilst we are working on them.
Members can still make contact by email and over the online members’ area. We expect to process morning bank transfers as normal, and will try to process any afternoon bank transfer requests received over the online members’ area but need to inform you that there may be delays which may result in processing not taking place until Friday 16th March.
We apologise for any inconvenience and stress that the issue is out of our control, but being resolved as quickly as possible.
