Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to the Member Survey 2024 prize draw.

To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, you must:

  • Complete our Member Survey 2024 by 9/7/2024.
  • Be an active member of Sheffield Credit Union on the date you complete the survey.
  • Complete the survey using the personalised link sent to your registered email address, mobile number or postal address, or using a paper survey where supplied.

The following people are excluded from the prize draw:

  • Employees and directors of Sheffield Credit Union, and their immediate family members or members of their households.
  • Members under the age of 18.


  • Available prizes are one grand prize of £100, and three runner-up prizes of £25.
  • Winners will be drawn randomly after the closing date.
  • Prizes will normally be paid into your Sheffield Credit Union share account. If this is not possible, we will make other arrangements to pay.
  • We will contact you by email, phone or post, within 14 days of the closing date, to inform you if you have won a prize.

Other rules:

  • The prize draw is free to enter.
  • Only one entry is allowed per member.
  • If you complete a paper survey, your entry will only be counted if we receive it by 9/7/2024.
  • We will process your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
