We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lending and Collections Manager to lead and manage the credit union’s lending and collections functions. The role involves overseeing the full loan lifecycle, from application through to repayment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lending, risk management, and debt recovery, with a commitment to supporting our members' financial well-being.
