Existing members

On 25th November we updated our online services to provide our members with an even better service.

Your existing details you used to access your online account will not work on the updated service.

In order to access this you will need to register below.

However, If you have already downloaded our app, you can use the same details to login online.

Help using our Online Services

I have already joined as a member; do I need to register for the online services?

Yes. Even though you are now a member of Sheffield Credit Union, it is not automatically set up for you to view your account online. To register for the online services you will need to click the ‘register here’ button within the ‘Existing members’ box above. Once you have entered your details, a member of our team will conduct some security checks before approving you for online access.

I have forgotten my PIN to log into the online services can you help?

The PIN and passwords you have created when setting up your online services account cannot be seen by our staff members. If you need to change your PIN or passwords please contact us on 0114 276 0787 and we can reset these details for you, so that you can set-up new ones.

I requested a withdrawal last night and I have not received it?

All online withdrawal requests need to be made by 3pm at the latest to have the funds transferred the same working day. Any withdrawal requests made after 3pm (and any withdrawal requests made on a Thursday) will be sent the next working day. Funds should be received by 5pm. Please note this does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Do I need to log in to apply for a loan?

No. You can apply for a loan without logging into the online services. Just click on ‘Apply for a Loan’ at the top of the page.

Can I change my personal details?

Yes. You can update your email address, your home telephone number and mobile number, by clicking on ‘My information’ when you are logged into the online services. If you are unable to log in, or if you wish to update your home address you will need to contact us on
0114 276 0787.

I need funds sending to a different bank account, can I do this?

Yes. When requesting a withdrawal online you can enter in the bank details you would like the funds to be sent to.
