Right to Cancel: Please Read Before Submitting Your Application.
If you apply for your account online and decide to cancel within 14 days, you have a right to cancel your account. Any funds in savings accounts will be returned to you. If you have incurred any fees, such as a same day withdrawal fee, these fees will not be refunded.
If you apply for a loan, and you sign your loan agreement after receiving it via email or post, separate details of how to cancel the loan will be included with the loan agreement. Cancellation is not available if you sign your loan agreement in our office.

On submitting your application you will receive a receive a welcome email with full details of how your savings are covered by the FSCS. We will also send you details of our Complaints Procedure.
