If you have submitted a loan application online and provided a new email address we will need you to update this officially before we can record it on your account.
If you are eligible for, and wish to sign your loan agreement electronically should your loan be approved, we will only be able to send the agreement to the email address we hold on file for you.
You can update your email address and other contact details using either of the two methods described below:
- Print out a Change of Details form, and fill in your new contact details. Then sign the form and return it to us.
Alternatively:
- If you have access to our online services, login to your account and click on ‘My Information’ then check and update the relevant details.
